Sponsor: The sponsor of the /r/PriceGlitch 10 Year Anniversary Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is PriceGlitch (the "Sponsor").

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open worldwide to individuals who are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to receive Bitcoin in their jurisdiction, and complete the required entry steps at https://priceglitch.live/giveaway. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, suppliers, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules: By entering, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. You represent that you meet the eligibility requirements and that your participation does not violate applicable law.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on June 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Enter by submitting the online form at https://priceglitch.live/giveaway, subscribing to the PriceGlitch newsletter, confirming your email address, and joining or confirming membership in https://reddit.com/r/priceglitch. Bonus entries may be available for sharing the giveaway or referring friends. Referral entries count only when the referred person confirms their email. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, generated by bots, or submitted using multiple identities, email addresses, devices, VPN abuse, scripts, macros, or other circumvention methods may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prize: One winner will receive $50 USD worth of Bitcoin. The actual Bitcoin amount will be determined at the time the prize is sent, based on the exchange rate used by the Sponsor or the Sponsor's payment provider. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, wallet requirements, exchange requirements, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for providing a valid Bitcoin wallet address or other prize-delivery information requested by the Sponsor.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random draw from eligible confirmed entries under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified within 7 days after winner selection using the email address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, fails to provide required prize-delivery information, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: Where permitted by law, accepting the prize gives the Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, username, statements, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, attempts to manipulate entries, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless PriceGlitch and its affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class action. You waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes.

Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list, contact the Sponsor within four weeks after the end of the Entry Period.
